Sabyasachi Mishra is a good Indian film actor known for his work in Odia Cinema and Telugu cinema. he has a large fan following in Odisha known as the Superstar of Ollywood. Pagala Premi was his first and best movie ever, for which Sabyasachi Mishra earned an Odisha State Film Awards for Best Actor. Actor Sabyasachi got his second state award for "Emiti Bi Prema Hue". He won the Filmfare Awards East as the best actor for the movie Mu Eka Tumara in 2013.

Sabyasachi Mishra's first two Telugu movies are Neerajanam and Sita Ramula Kallyanam chuthamu Raarandi. His first Bengali movie is Raktomukhi Neela.

Career

Sabyasachi Mishra entered the entertainment world as a small screen actor for album songs. Director Saroj Satpathy gets a chance for him in an album song for the program Rangarang of Doordarshan Oriya(DD-6).

Sabyasachi Mishra is a very good actor and he acted in more than 250 music videos. During this time period, he has also acted in some Bhojpuri, Bengali, Chatishgadi, and Panjabi music videos.

In 2007 Film director Hara Patnaik offered him the movie Pagala Premi and spotted him performing in a stage show. Hara Pattanaik is considered his godfather. Pagala Premi was released on 14 June 2007.

Sabyasachi Mishra critically acclaimed roles included his anti-hero of Mu Sapanara Soudagar, the physically challenged (Handicap roll)character of Keun Duniaru Asila Bandhu.

In 2013 the movie Mu Eka Tumara, Sabyasachi played the character of a boy who can't talk, for which he got many awards including the Filmfare award. His 2015 released movie Pilata Bigidigala was considered as one of the biggest blockbusters. The Sabyasachi starrer, 2016 March 18 released Hela Mate Prema Jara also got extraordinary responses from the public and critics. In 2018 "Tokata Fasigala" and in 2019 "Mal Mahu Jiban Mati" were blockbuster movies.[15] He also started singing and did the playback singing for both the title songs of "Pilata Bigidigala" and "Hela Mate Prema Jara". Both the songs were super hit. The recent song "Maya re Baya" by Sabyasachi went viral over social media, becoming a big craze among youth.[16]

Family

Sabyasachi Mishra son of Surendra Prasad Mishra, an IAS officer, and eminent writer and poet 'Dr. Sushama Mishra'. His father has also served the Indian Air force before joining as an administrative officer. His mother is a recipient of the Ladli National Media award. He has a single brother named Soumya Kanta Mishra who works as a Telecom Engineer. He fluently speaks Odia and Telugu as well.

Education

Sabyasachi did his Engineering in the Silicon Institute of Technology who completed his B.Tech in Electronics, which is a private college in Odisha. He was also placed in Infosys but later he changes his mind and left it so as to pursue his interest in the film industry.
